Summer Fitness Party

☀️ Join us for the event of the Summer! ☀️

the Summer Fitness Party includes:

- Entry to the Northwood Club, use of all facilites, with Sauna/Steam Room, Changing Room, Showers, Gym Studio, Pool.

- 2 classes: Zumba Fitness and Aqua Zumba. (45 mins each) with instructors Davide and Sue.

Please bring a change of clothes. Aqua Zumba is a shallow-water workout. Non-swimmers are welcome. You will not be asked to swim or to put your head underwater, but you might get splashed. Feel free to wear anything you feel

comfortable in to exercise in water.

- Beach Party Fancy Dress event. Please help us make this event Summer-tastic with your best beach wear. From Baywatch to Bikini, from Sunglasses to Sand castle, from Surf to Sarong, from Snorkling to Star Fish.

- Food with vegetarian and vegan options.

- 1 hot drink or 1 soft drink.

- Access to Cafe and lounge area. After the classes where we can all enjoy our food and drinks with Summer music.

- 1 entry per person to our raffle to win FREE classes with us.

BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL AS WE HAVE LIMITED SPACE.
