After a more-than-sold-out event last year we are bringing the Summer Fitness Party back!

Saturday 29/07, at Darwin Wellness. Northwood

Programme:

12 noon - Zumba Tropical Bash (45 mins)

1 pm - Aqua Zumba Pool Party (45 mins)

2.30 pm - Food, Drinks, Relax

3.00 pm - Mini Quiz Game and Prizes

BEACH PARTY FANCY DRESS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Hats, sunglasses, sarongs, costumes, beach towels, beach balls, etc etc.

How to book:

Open the app, click on Pricing Plans, scroll down to "Summer Fitness Party", purchase the plan. We will then manually add you to the list.

Let us know if you have any special food requirements.

Zumba Tropical Bash:

(45 mins Zumba class). Bring your beach party fancy dress. Wear comfy trainers (no flip flops). The playlist will be a mix of Zumba Classics and Tropical, Latin, Summer anthems.

Aqua Zumba Pool Party:

(45 mins Aqua Zumba class). This is a shallow-water workout. Water is at chest level. No swimming skills are required, but you have to have familiarity with the water environment as you might get some splashing. Let us know before the class starts if you are a beginner or a non-swimmer.

What to wear: anything that is comfortable for you to workout in water. Swimming costumes, but also leggings, T-shirt. Socks and or Pool footwear for better grip are also an option.

Please bring a change of clothes. You may use the changing room and the shower facilities.

Food and Drinks:

The catering is organised by the kitchen and bar at Darwin Wellness. We have selected a varied menu with vegeteraian and vegan options. Let us know if you have any special requirements and or allergies.

One drink is included (hot or cold), no alcohol. You may purchase more drinks at the bar at additional cost.

CANCELLATION: as the kitchen needs to buy and prepare food in advance. Cancellation is allowed up to 3 days prior to the event. After the day we won't be able to refund the cost. But you are welcome to transfer the ticket to someone else.

Last year the event was sold out. Please book in advance as we have limited spaces.
